We work with small teams through to larger organisations. The approach is adjusted based on your risk profile, regulatory requirements and how much internal IT capability you already have.

Can you work alongside our internal IT team

Yes. Many customers keep an internal IT or digital team and use Harrby for Microsoft 365 expertise, governance, security and structured change. We can document clear roles and responsibilities so there is no overlap or confusion.

Do you only manage Microsoft 365 or our wider environment as well

This service focuses on Microsoft 365, but we can also look after Azure, devices and other parts of your environment through our broader managed services and consulting offerings.

Do you manage licences or just configuration

We can manage both. Some customers keep licence procurement with an existing provider and ask us to manage configuration and security. Others prefer Harrby to help with licencing advice as well.

How do you handle changes and approvals
